Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Each mail club order will be shipped by the 25th of each month.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Shipping is included with each subscription, which is 9$ for domestic(U.S.) subscriptions and 11$ for international subscriptions.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping usually takes 3-9 business days after shipping. International shipping typically takes 2-6 weeks, depending on your country's postal service and customs processing.

Is there tracking for my order?

Starsprite Mail Club uses standard letter mail and stamps. Because of this, tracking is not available. If you do not receive your mail within 14 days of your shipping confirmation (domestic) or 4 weeks (international), please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What's Included

Each month will include:

- A 5x7 art print designed by me

- A bookmark or mini print

- A sticker (or two!)

- A fun activity or game

- A science card

- A letter about my reflections, and will include a fun science fact or recent discovery

Sign-ups close on the 23rd of each month.

Subscriptions & Orders

How often will I receive mail?

Starsprite Mail Club is a monthly subscription, so you will receive a new piece of mail every month!

Can I purchase past mailings?

Yes! We will have reruns for previous months' subscriptions, so you can catch up if you missed one.

How can I change my address?

Please submit a Contact Form to change your address. The deadline for address changes will be the 18th of each month to receive that month's edition.
Billing, Returns, and Support

Are there cancellations or returns?

Because each month's mail is prepared specifically for subscribers, orders cannot be canceled or returned once signups have closed.

If your mail is lost in transit, we'll happily send you a replacement at no additional cost.
